4.1. Your details including personal data from our contact form will be transmitted to us via our own mail server for processing your request, further processed and stored by us. 5. Newsletter
5.1. You can subscribe to our newsletter on the website, this is done in the double opt-in procedure. After registration, you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. 6. Online Shopping
6.1. We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the IP data of the connection holder are stored within the framework of cookies, as well as the name and address of the buyer. In addition, the name, address, email address, telephone number of the buyer are stored with us for the purpose of contract processing. The data provided by you is required for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.
6.2. A transfer of the data (name, address, email address, telephone number and, if applicable, credit card data, bank data) takes place to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the purpose of delivering the goods and to our tax advisor for the purpose of fulfilling tax obligations. 7. Cookies, Tracking Tools and Web Analysis
7.1. Cookies, other tracking technologies and functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) can be used on our internet platform in a variety of ways.

7.4. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized by deleting the last 80 bits. This means that only a rough localization is possible.
7.5. The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as of Art 6 GDPR (in particular consent). Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.
8. Consent and Right of Revocation
8.1. If your consent is necessary for the processing of your data, we will only process it after your express consent.
8.2. In principle, we do not process data of minors and are not authorized to do so. By submitting your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 16 or that the consent of your legal representative is available.
